Made with 100% real cider apples
Did you know that most Australian cider is made with imported concentrate? We make real cider, by hand. Our handpicked apples head straight from our orchard in Kalangadoo to our press; no concentrate, no imports, no dilution. Our cider wears the Cider Australia ‘100% Australian Grown’ trust mark – which calls out genuine Australian craft ciders makers.
Crafted with 13 varieties of English and French cider apples
Some of which include; Lord Lambourne, Michelin, Foxwhelp and Kingston Black all grown in our orchard in Kalangadoo. We then then bottle ferment it giving it a champagne style bead.
